Brief Specification Description:The project is located in Zhoupu Town, Pudong New Area, starting from Xiaoligang Road in the west and ending at Zhouzhu Highway in the east. It involves 1 set of 8-hole China Unicom communication pipelines and 1 set of 1-hole telecommunications communication pipelines. A total of ** communication optical cables are to be relocated.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:It shall possess a Communication Engineering Construction General Contracting Qualification of Level III or above issued by the Ministry of Construction, and the proposed project manager shall have a first-level registered constructor qualification for Communication and Radio & Television Engineering or a second-level or above registered constructor qualification for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. This project is specifically procured from small and medium-sized enterprises.
