5、项目负责人具有机电安装工程专业注册建造师二级及以上资格证书，且具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书；
6、本项目仅面向中小微企业，提供《中小企业声明函》。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Possess a third-level or higher qualification for general contracting of electric power engineering construction issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; 4. Possess a license for installation, maintenance, and testing of electric power facilities at or above the third level issued by the Regulatory Bureau of the National Energy Administration (or the State Electricity Regulatory Commission); 5. The project leader possesses a second-level or higher qualification certificate for registered construction engineers in mechanical and electrical installation engineering, and holds a valid certificate of passing the safety production assessment; 6. This project is exclusively for small and medium-sized enterprises, and a "Declaration Letter for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" will be provided.
