简要规则描述：本项目位于浦东新区书院镇范围内，东至规划绿地，南至丽正路，西至黄沙港，北至干顺路。本项目红线范围内的所有给排水管线拆除及其他因红线范围内给排水管线拆除而实施的搬迁工作，为实施给排水管线拆除搬迁而进行的一切附属工作内容，并负责办理一切前期手续、道路赔补、图纸设计，通过管理部门的验收等一切手续。
Brief Specification Description:This project is located within the scope of Shuyuan Town in Pudong New Area, with planned green space to the east, Lizheng Road to the south, Huangsha Port to the west, and Ganshun Road to the north. (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:If this procurement complies with government policies such as mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmentally friendly products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for people with disabilities, support for small and medium-sized enterprises, and support for prisons and drug rehabilitation enterprises, relevant policies will be implemented.
