简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：潍坊新村街道范围内的监控系统、网络设施、技防设备及指挥调度系统，因长期运行而面临的老化、故障率上升，需要定期进行维护维修。为进一步加强潍坊新村街道城市运行管理中心工作，确保技防系统安全、稳定、高效运行，切实提升城运中心运行管理效能，本项目拟通过公开招标的方式选取一家合格的供应商为潍坊新村街道提供****年度专业的城运信息化硬件运维保障服务。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The surveillance system, network facilities, technical prevention equipment and command and dispatch system within the Wufei Xincun Sub-district are facing aging and an increasing failure rate due to long-term operation. Regular maintenance and repair are necessary. To further strengthen the work of the Urban Operation Management Center of Wufei Xincun Sub-district and ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the technical prevention system, and to effectively enhance the operational management efficiency of the City Operation Management Center, this project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to provide professional information technology operation and maintenance g?span class="bookmark-item uuid-************2 code-****1 editDisable multi-line-text-input-box-cls">（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠；（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
