Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project involves the provision of property management services for the Youth Center of the Administrative Committee of the Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, including security services, cleaning services, and comprehensive support services. For detailed requirements, please refer to the procurement documents.
合同履约期限：本项目服务期限自合同签订之日起期限三年，采取一次招标三年沿用、分三个年度分别签订合同的方式实施。
The Contract Period:The service term of this project shall be three (3) years commencing from the date of contract signing. The project shall be implemented through a one-time tender with the bidding result valid for three years, and separate contracts shall be signed for each year.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（2）本项目不接受联合投标。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:Consortium bidding shall not be accepted for this project.
