Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Assign personnel to operate and manage 5 inland river sluices within the project service scope, and conduct routine maintenance on the facilities and equipment. The operation and maintenance services include project operation, repair and maintenance, archives management, sluice area management and other related work.
