简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：****年7月，浦东新区残联建立了浦东新区残疾人“阳光职业康复援助基地”，集残疾人劳动实践、技能指导、职业辅导、心理康复等为一体。区级基地招收的主要对象为浦东新区就业年龄段有一定劳动能力和就业愿望的残疾人；通过组织开展有针对性的康复训练、劳动实践等活动，帮助援助对象在多方面得到锻炼，提高援助对象就业能力。****年，优化提升为“阳光梦场”，**年来，截止****年8月7日，已累计个性化指导****3人次，推荐就业****人次。在提高学员的就业层次和帮助他们融入社会方面发挥了积极作用。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In July ****, the Disabled Persons' Federation of Pudong New Area established the "Sunshine Vocational Rehabilitation Assistance Base for the Disabled in Pudong New Area", which integrates labor practice, skill guidance, career counseling and psychological rehabilitation for the disabled. The main recruitment targets of the district-level base are disabled people in Pudong New Area of employment age who have certain labor ability and employment aspiration. By organizing targeted rehabilitation training, labor practice and other activities, it helps the assisted objects get exercise in many aspects and improves the employment ability of the assisted objects. In ****, it was optimized and upgraded to "Sunshine Dream Field".
