font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">五、注意事项</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">1.竞得人须按照《宁东能源化工基地油气氢电零售经营体 系发展规划（****—****年）》要求，宗地产业准入类型为加油、加气、加氢、充电综合能源站，必须配套建设加氢功能，须设置加油、加氢、充电等设施。 2.按照《自治区商务厅关于做好石油成品油流通管理“放管服”改革工作的通知》有关规定，竞得人须在《国有建设用地使用权出让合同》约定开工建设前取得宁东管委会经济发展局核发的规划确认文件。竞得人未按产业准入类型设置上述设施或逾期未取得相关审批许可的，经宁东管委会经济发展局确定后，出让方有权解除出让合同并进一步追究竞得人违约责任。 3.成交价款不包含其他行政规费（税）。</p><p style="text-align: justify;
