Currently, there are 3 individual buildings within the complex, with a total construction area of approximately 2,**0 square meters. To prevent and address potential safety hazards in the building structure and ensure the safety of people's lives and property, this project intends to take effective measures for reinforcement. This mainly includes: demolition works, reinforcement works, steel structure works, wall works, roof works, wall surface works, floor works, door and window works, etc. for reinforcement and renovation projects. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Possessing a construction project contracting qualification of level III or above in architecture;
2. Having a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
3. The project leader to be dispatched should have the registered construction engineer qualification of level II or above in architecture, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;
