Brief Specification Description:This project aims to renovate and upgrade the residential units within Building No. 1, Lane **, Renmin West Road. The main tasks include: renovation of the roof and gutters, rust removal and reinstallation of anti-rust treatment for the steel structure, re-separation and renovation of some areas, repair and renovation of bathrooms, and renovation of power, heating, ventilation and fire protection systems. 4、业绩要求：无；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Possessing the qualification of Class III or above for general construction contracting in building engineering;
2. Having a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
3. The project leader to be dispatched should have the registered construction engineer qualification of Class II or above in building engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;
4. Performance requirements: None;
