简要规则描述：本项目西起康意路，东至现状北界河，全长约0.**公里，为规划支级河道，河口宽**.9-**.4米，两侧陆域控制带结合现状因地制宜按 0-5.4 米布置防汛通道和绿化。主要建设内容包括：河道开挖与疏拓工程、护岸工程、绿化工程、防汛通道及相关附属工程，以及征地搬迁等前期工作。
为配合北界河（康意路以东）河道建设工程主体施工，拟对影响工程主体施工的燃气管线等组织搬迁，本项目为4公斤/平方厘米的中压燃气管道。
Brief Specification Description:This project starts from Kangyi Road in the west and extends to the existing Beijie River in the east, with a total length of approximately 0.** kilometers. （3）具备建设部门颁发的《安全生产许可证》（在有效期）；
（4）未被“信用中国”（******）和中国政府采购网（******）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
（5）本项目不接受联合体形式。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Possess a Grade II or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (2) The proposed project manager must hold a Grade II or higher registered construction engineer qualification for municipal public works, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects. (3) Possess a valid "Safety Production License" issued by the construction department; (4) Not be listed as a dishonesty-stricken person subject to enforcement, a party involved in major tax violation cases, or a record of serious illegal dishonesty in government procurement on "Credit China" (******) and the China Government Procurement Network (******); (5) This project does not accept consortium forms.
