简要规则描述：本项目拟通过竞争性磋商的方式选择一家合格的供应商，全面加强上钢新村街道安全生产、消防安全管理工作，提升安全管理工作水平。具体实施内容：配合采购人对世博园区的大型活动做好现场评估；配合对辖区单位开展安全生产评估；配合对住宅小区开展消防安全隐患排查；配合对辖区沿街商铺开展安全监督；配合对辖区大型工地定期开展安全生产检查与评估；配合对限额以下小型房建工程开展备案审批、现场检查，维护小型房建小程序正常运行；配合开展安全教育培训和宣传、配合开展新区各类专项行动等。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through competitive negotiation to comprehensively enhance the safety and fire prevention management of Shanggang Xincun Sub-district, and improve the level of safety management.
