Brief Specification Description:To further enhance the standardized and professional management of bridges in the built-up area of Sanlin Town and in rural areas, timely maintenance, reinforcement, and risk elimination are conducted upon the discovery of defects, thereby extending their service life and ensuring that they always serve transportation in accordance with their design conditions. In accordance with relevant regulations, bridge inspections for the **** maintenance year are implemented (specific requirements are detailed in the competitive negotiation document - Chapter III Procurement Requirements)

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Possess a qualification certificate for highway and water transport engineering quality inspection institutions (special qualification for highway engineering bridge and tunnel engineering or Class A qualification for highway engineering); 2.
