(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Not listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement, a party to a major tax violation case, or recorded for serious illegal or dishonest behavior in government procurement on 'Credit China' (******) or the China Government Procurement Network (******). (2) Construction companies engaged in urban landscaping projects must hold a valid business license. The project management team on-site should match the scale of the project. For this project, the minimum should be 5 people (inclusive), including one person each as the landscape project leader, safety officer, quality officer, materials officer, and intermediate landscape worker (team leader). (3) The project leader must have a Shanghai electronic card for landscape engineering personnel project leaders. (4) This project is open for procurement from small, medium, and micro enterprises.
