简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为全面推进康桥镇农村环境综合管理工作，进一步提升康桥镇农村环境，提升农村地区老百姓的幸福感和获得感，本项目拟通过公开招标的方式选择一家合格的供应商对康桥镇**个行政村地区实施保洁保绿及农村环境长效管理，主要服务内容包括村民宅前屋后生活垃圾收集和清扫，村健身点、停车场维护及清扫，村内道路、桥面、通道清扫和保洁（地下窨井等设施疏通除外），村内绿化保洁及养护、管理（苗木死亡、更换、大树修剪除外），公厕维修、保洁及清扫，大件垃圾堆放点管理，设施量外的各类区域托底管理以及各类农村环境应急处置工作等。（具体详见第三章服务需求书）

合同履约期限：本项目一次招标三年有效，合同一年一网签，每年经过采购人考核合格后，合同续签一年，最长不超过三年。本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为****年**月**日至****年**月**日。
