Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:As required, waste collection services will be provided uniformly for ** old residential communities within the Beicai Town area of Pudong New District, ** commercial housing communities that have been relocated for more than 2 years, and ** early-stage commercial housing communities that are over ** years old. The total construction area covered by these communities is 6.**** million square meters, involving ** property management companies. This includes the collection of construction waste, large-item waste, and recyclable waste (excluding household waste and greenery-related waste). Additionally, proper statistics and reporting must be maintained.

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
