Brief Specification Description:The scope of maintenance includes teaching buildings, security guards, and garbage rooms, including exterior wall engineering, roof engineering, interior wall engineering, floor engineering, roof engineering, door and window engineering, toilet engineering, water and electricity engineering, and outdoor engineering. Please refer to the bidding drawings and bill of quantities for details

The Contract Period: (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:（1）This project is not specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation, small and micro enterprises will enjoy a 3% price discount.(2) Support prison enterprises and welfare units for people with disabilities, and treat them as small and micro enterprises （3）Priority Procurement Policy for Energy saving and Environmental Protection Products: Under equal conditions in terms of technology, services, and other indicators, priority procurement will be given to products listed in the Energy saving and Environmental Protection Product Item List published by the Ministry of Finance in document Caiku [****] No. ** and Caiku [****] No. **; Mandatory procurement shall be implemented for products marked with "★" in the list of energy-saving product items. （4）This project does not accept imported products
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1) 符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
2) 未被“信用中国”（******）、中国政府采购网（******）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
3) 供应商应具备以下施工资质：中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部颁发的施工总承包建筑工程三级或以上资质；
4) 具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
5) 拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
6) 业绩要求：无；
7) 其他要求：处于被政府管理部门禁止参加政府采购活动期间的单位不得参与竞争。
8) 本项目不允许转包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3) Suppliers should possess the following construction qualifications: Level III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development of the People's Republic of China;4) Having a valid safety production license5) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects6) Performance requirements: none;7) Other requirements: Units that are prohibited from participating in government procurement activities by government management departments shall not participate in competition.8) This project does not allow subcontracting.
