简要规则描述：为进一步规范万祥镇建筑垃圾、装修垃圾残渣的清运、处置管理，加快推进高效的收运、分拣、处置体系，根据浦东新区绿化市容管理局《关于进一步加强浦东新区装修垃圾收运处置管理的通知》等文件精神，拟委托有资质的运营单位对万祥镇金路村树原路的镇级建筑垃圾、装修垃圾中转站进行日常运行管理工作。
Brief Specification Description:In order to further standardize the management of construction waste and renovation waste residue in Wanxiang Town, and to accelerate the promotion of an collection, sorting, and disposal system, we will entrust a qualified operating unit to manage the daily operations of the town's construction waste and renovation waste transfer station in Jinlu Village, Shuyuan Road, according to the spirit of documents such as the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Renovation Waste and Disposal in Pudong New Area" from the Pudong New Area Greening and City Appearance Administration.
