简要规则描述：本工程位于合庆镇合庆南社区PDP0-****单元敬业路北侧，四至范围：敬业路（凌空北路-塘西中心路）、彩晨路（悦满路-敬业路）、顺连路（悦满路-敬业路）、彩阳路（悦满路-敬业路）、**-**、**-**绿地、**-**小学、**-**幼儿园、**-**、**-**公建配套，用地面积约7.****公顷，工程总投资约****9万元；为推进该地块的土地储备工作，合庆镇拟通过公开采购方式择优选取一家第三方单位实施项目代建，推进前期工作。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:The project is located on the north side of Jingye Road, Unit PDP0-****, Heqing South Community, Heqing Town, four to the range: Jingye Road (Lingkong North Road - Tangxi Center Road), Caichen Road (Yueman Road - Jingye Road), Shunlian Road (Yueman Road - Jingye Road), Caiyang Road (Yueman Road - Jingye Road), **-**, **-** green space, **-** primary school, **-** kindergarten, **-**, **-** public facilities, with a land area of about 7.**** hectares and a total investment of about **5.** million yuan; In order to promote the land reserve work of the plot, Heqing Town plans to select a third-party unit to implement the project construction through public procurement and promote the preliminary work.
