BOGOTA METRO LINE 1 (“PLMB”, or “Project”)
Invitation to Bid for Supply of Power Supply Cables for PLMB. (the “Works”)
We, METRO LINEA 1 S.A.S. (the “Concessionaire”), are pleased to invite your company (the “Bidder”) to offer a bid (the “Bid”) for provision of the above-mentioned subcontract works for the Project (the “Works”).
Bidders may be natural or legal persons, local or foreign whose corporate purpose match with the purpose of this selection process, who are not involved in any prohibition, disability or incompatibility enshrined under the Colombian legal system, who are not involved in any conflict of interest under the terms established by Metro Linea 1, and that have legal capacity to present the proposal and to celebrate and perform the contract. For detailed information, please refer to the Formal Tender Documents.
