6、 项目经理具有建筑工程二级及其以上建造师资格，并具有有效的安全生产考核证书；
7、 本项目仅面向中、小、微型等各类供应商采购；
8、 本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:2.
