style="text-indent:**px;line-height:**0%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:**0%;font-size:**px">3.3供应商近一年（****年度）财务状况良好，须有依法缴纳税收和社会保障金的良好记录或证明。</span></p><p style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:**0%;font-size:**px">3.4拒绝列入政府取消投标资格记录期间的企业或个人投标。投标截止时间前供应商未被列入“信用中国”网站“失信被执行人”和“税收违法黑名单”、中国政府采购网“政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单”，否则拒绝其参加投标；在近三年内（****年至今）供应商或其法定代表人、拟委任的项目负责人未在“中国裁判文书网”上有行贿犯罪行为。</span></p><p
